General Information
Please read the following Terms and conditions completely before you join GotRewards. The following agreement is the complete agreement between the member(You) and GotRewards(Us) and it is your duty to understand it completely before signing up as a member.GotRewards can change the Tems and Conditions in whole or in part with or without the notice to the member. GotRewards will terminate the account if found in violation of any of our terms.

Eligibility
a. You must be atleast 18 years older as of the date of joining GotRewards.
b. Only one account per person per address is allowed.
c. You must provide accurate contact information.

Points Award
a. You are eligible to earn points for any/all of your activities as mentioned against each offer.
b. The points will be awarded based on the information mentioned against each offer.
c. All points per dollar awards will be given based on the net purchases made with the third party merchant. The net purchases is defined as the total amount purchased with the merchant less any amount related to returns, coupons, gift certificates, tax, shipping and other such amounts as defined by the merchant.
d. All other points offers will be credited in full as long as the transaction with the merchant has been completed in full.
e. All eligible points will be credited to the account any where between 2 days to 30 days.
f. You must verify your account to verify the points credited to your account.If You believe any of the points are not credited for your activities, You should contact Us after 30 days with valid proof. GotRewards will review the claim and make any necessary adjustments to the points. If you do not agree to the adjustments, your only course of action would be to terminate your account.
g. Points awarded to You are subject to adjustments of points for returns, cancellations and any other events.

Points Redemption
a. Points earned can be redeemed for various offers as detailed in the spend points section of the website.
b. Redemption can be requested as and when the appropriate points required are available in your account.
c. Every effort will be made to send the same item requested by You, but GotRewards has the right to substitute an equivalent item if the item requested by you is not available at the time.
d. Points once requested to redeem cannot be cancelled or substituted.
e. GotRewards are not responsible for lost items sent to you due to your failure to update the current information about You.

NewsLetters
a. Once you signup as a member, you are opting-in to receive email newsletters regarding your account and other special offers.
b. You cannot opt out of these newsletters and only way to opt out is to terminate your membership with Us.
c. GotRewards assures that no third party mailing will be sent to its members.

Privacy policy
a. We respect your privacy. We collect very minimal information from you and will never sell your information to third parties.
b. We will not sell your email addresses and You will never receive third party mailings.
c. Our site links to many other sites in the web. We cannot control their privacy policies of those sites and you may verify it during your visit to those sites.
